Weiner & Cording represented the American Wild Horse Campaign and the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group (SRWHMG) in support of the groups’ longstanding activities to protect and compassionately control wild horses in the United States. Weiner & Cording’s legal action focused specifically on the SRWHMG’s ongoing activities to sustain, provide humane birth control to, and feed (when necessary) a herd of wild horses in the Tonto National Forest near Phoenix, Arizona.
